Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If our products did not live up to your expectations please contact us and we will handle your return or exchange in a timely manner. However, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns or exchanges.

How long does shipping and handling take?

We try our darndest to get orders fulfilled in no more than two business days. We ship with USPS, so please check their website to estimate how long a shipment from Clearwater, Florida will take.

Are all of your products organic?

Our health and beauty products are ALMOST 100% organic. Some of the ingredients we use are extremely hard to find and are not “certified” organic, however we do have a rigorous vetting process of who we choose to supply our ingredients. We use every product we make. If we don’t trust it to put it on our mugs, then we would certainly not sell it to our dear customers. Please read the labels and the description of products for a full list of ingredients. As far as apparel goes, when it is organic or made from recycled “eco” fabric it will be stated in the description.
